Why do people act like they don't have a myspace anymore? and do people really think facebook is that awesome?

i happen to think facebook is really a nuisance, it gives you all
sorts of ridiculous updates about people and it feeds narcissism. not
something i am interested in in the slightest.
also most people i know have their myspaces up and i'd rather talk to
people on myspace. and i'm 18.

i dont think myspace is dead. i know many people on there and i add
all my new friends on it, and i meet many new people who have similar
interests to me from all over the world. ppl say they dont use
myspace, but they obviously do. at least the people in my metal scene.
